By accessing or playing Synth Town ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content (cities, music layouts) you create. You agree not to create content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The App code, assets, and design are owned by the developers. Your user-generated content (save files, musical arrangements) belongs to you. However, by publishing your city, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the App platform.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data (including app data).

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
